Aromatherapy Therapeutic Massage is an holistic therapy taking account of the mind, the body and the spirit of the person. Essential oils (derived from plants) are mixed with carrier oils according to an individuals needs and applied using deeply relaxing massage technique, creams, bath oils and inhalations. The therapy uses deep massage techniques to help release the muscles of the body from any tension while the oils are used to help the process further creating a depth of relaxation different from normal massage.
